VisionCheck - Inspection Software

In order for the mechanical components to do their job, it is essential to have the right software. A software that is technologically highly advanced but at the same time easy to use and understand and operator friendly.

NELA Vision Systems software - VisionCheck - is that software. Continously developed over the past 15 years, it offers a multitude of functions.

Main Features:

• Surface inspection and evaluation of surface defects
• Pattern recognition (using statistical operations or a self-learning neuron network)
• Geometric measurement (position, size, distance, shape)
• 3D measurement of bodies in form, layer, geometry
• Letter and number recognition
• Direction disk inspection (unit condition, soldered connections, conduction  parts)
• Well over 500 library functions are available

Main Menu:

The main menu offers a wide selection of operations. The operator can choose the type of seals, the camera activities, the current vision control activities and the volume of checked parts (good, bad, rework).

Measurement Module:

The "screen edit" sub-menu has several measurement modules which check the OI/ID dimension, cross-section or any distance from one point to another.




Expert System:

The expert system allows the operator to identify and evaluate several kinds of defects and determine the size of the defect. If the operator moves the cursor over the the defect area he can specify the defect size which at the same time trains the system to recognize the patterns of defects.

Statistics:

VisionCheck includes a powerful statistical sub-menu. The statistical data calculates and records the different types of defects as well as the volume of the bad and good parts.
