ROVI
The rotary inspection machine is built up around a rotary table and is designed for the highest-quality inspection. Using this machine, it is possible to deform the seal during the inspection making splits formerly unseen, visible. The rubber seal rotates within the pallet. Multiple, overlapping pictures or sections of the seal are taken during its 360 degree rotation. This creates an extremely high resolution and an incomparable surface inspection system.
Main Features:
Inspection Process:
The seals are carried in a pallet and can be examined from different vies in high resolution including from above, from underneath, from the front or from the inside.
Rotary Shaft Seals, for example, the seal's edge is checked for edge breakage smaller than 0,02mm through deformation, the seal's surface for rips & tears, the spring seat, the dust protection lip and the exterior.
Typical Inspection Characteristics:
Typical Seals:
Machine Components:
The ability to use up to nine (9) automatically adjustable carmeras guarantees 100% surface control of the entire part. Exchangeable feeding units make the rotary system a flexible and universal inspection machine for the highest quality requirements.

The Rotary table contains 12 module devices (carrier pallets(, exchangeable upon request. In each module device the seals can be deformed and/or rotated below the camera.

Flexible handling is ensured by several module units in the rotary table which can vary with the shape and size of the seals.
Exchangeable feeding units make the rotary system a flexible and universal inspection machine especially for the highest quality requirements.
