The linear inspection machine is designed for middle-quality demand and is capable of a throughput as high as 10 pieces per second. Our specially designed multi-camera-sensor accompanied by appropriate optimized lightning offers unparralleled surface inspection capabilities.

The surface can be viewed in high-contrast which is substantially better than the popularly used diffused lighting. Contrary to a single camera with a mirror-system, the multi-camera arrangement inspects the surfaces of an O-Ring from all sides (including partition line) with the same high quality.

Available Inspection Modules:

1. Basic Unit:

Basic frame, feeding unit, control unit and sorting system. Includes one measuring camera. Geometric control for OD and ID, thickness and cross-section measurements.



2. Advanced Unit:

Basic Unit plus an additional surface control camera for a general surface check of the top surface. Geometric control: Additional surface inspection camera checks for non-fill areas or broken parts however only one side is visible. 




3. Advanced Unit:

Includes a second surface camera along with a "turn-over" station. This stage allows for complete surface and geometric inspection. Geometric control: The second camera facilitates full surface control of both sides.
